Scope, stated plainly
What I don't do.
Being clear about this saves us both a call.
Nothing clinical
No patient portals, no records, nothing that stores protected health information. Appointment requests go through a plain contact form or link to the scheduling tool you already use.
No marketing retainers
No paid ads, SEO packages, or social media management. I build the site right and make it fast — which fixes most of what those retainers charge for.
No corporate sites
If your website is controlled by a hospital system's marketing department, I'm not much use. This works when the person reading this can decide to do it.
Common questions
What offices usually ask first.
How fast can we launch?
Three weeks is typical from the scope call to going live. You see a working draft in week two, and the launch itself happens with no downtime for your current site or email.
Do we have to write the content?
No. I draft every page from what you already have — your current site, intake packets, insurance lists, provider bios. You review and correct rather than write. Most offices spend under two hours total on the whole project.
Will this disrupt our current website or email?
No. The new site is built on a private link while your current one keeps running. The switchover happens at the end, usually in under an hour, and your email is untouched.
Do you handle patient information?
No — deliberately. Nothing on the site stores protected health information. Appointment requests go through a plain contact form or link out to the scheduling system you already use.
What happens if we stop the monthly plan?
The site keeps running and stays yours — files, domain, everything. The care plan is month to month, and cancelling just means you take over updates yourself or hand them to anyone you choose.
