CadencePractice Web

About

I work in an orthopedic clinic. Then I build the website.

Cadence is one person — Rayyan Ali. Not an agency, not a stock-photo team. I did not learn medical practices by studying them from the outside — I have spent years working inside them.

Where this comes from

I have worked inside healthcare at most of its altitudes — a student-run free clinic, a county health system, and now an orthopedic specialty clinic, where I support a Joint Commission–certified total hip and knee replacement program as a health coach. The free clinic taught me how much patients are already navigating before they reach an exam room. The county system taught me what it takes to keep care moving at scale. Specialty care taught me how much trust rides on small details — the ones patients notice before anyone says a word.

What happens after the click

A patient searching for care never sees your training or the work your staff puts in. They see the website — usually on a phone, often at ten at night — trying to answer a few plain questions. Do you treat their condition? Do you take their insurance? How do they book, and where do they park?

When the site cannot answer, the problem does not stay online. It becomes another call for the front desk, another repeated explanation, another patient who quietly moves on to the next result. I have been on the clinic side of those calls. That is the problem I build against.

Background

B.S. in Biology from UC Riverside, magna cum laude. EMT-B certified. Years of clinical volunteering, health coaching, and patient-facing work alongside the digital side: I built the UC Community Health Conference website through the UC Riverside School of Medicine, and an automated outcomes dashboard and reporting system for a Riverside University Health System total joint replacement program. Healthcare is not a niche I picked for marketing — it is the field I am building my career in, on the path toward medicine.

Why Cadence is small

On purpose. There is no salesperson who disappears after you sign, and no account manager translating your practice to someone else — the person learning how your clinic works is the person building the site. Fixed price agreed up front. You own the domain and the files, always. Nothing I build touches patient records or protected health information. And if I am not the right fit for your practice, I will tell you in the first email.

You focus on providing great care. I make sure patients can see it.

See what I'd fix on your site.

The audit is free, written, and doesn't require a call. If your site is already in good shape, I'll tell you that and leave you alone.
